Good location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. The staff was exceptionally nice, always there to help. All the services were friendly, the room was exceptionally clean with tub, crying kids plus a very good bed.

Thoroughly enjoyed a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and tea/coffee making equipment in the room.

It has both very nice and accommodating staff. The rooms are clean and individual and include coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. The hotel provides a friendly service.

Favourable location in the pretty quiet area, near Sioux Falls close to Sanford Medical Center and the hospitals in Sioux Falls SD. Accommodating staff, spotlessly cleanroom with tub, a very good bed plus crying kids.

Location right by Augustana University. Accommodating, welcoming people working here.

Extremely helpful staff, effective resolution for parking issues, quick accommodation for mobility issues, clean and nicely decorated rooms, super soft bed, delicious in-room coffee.

This motel is older, but it is extremely clean and neat. I would recommend it to all that need a nice place to stay.

Our room at Valley Inn was clean and comfortable. Although we were next to the entrance door, noise was minimal. The staff was helpful when we had an issue with our room and quickly resolved it. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Hotel was very clean. Any issues were quickly handled. Staff was very friendly and interested in hellping us when we asked questions. We were very pleased with the stay.

We were somewhat disappointed with the breakfast. there was not much of a selection and some of the items were gone when we got there for breakfast. We were disappointed that there was no pool or hot tub or sauna or spa.

I recently stayed at the Valley Inn for a few days while visiting the Sanford Heart Hospital. The location was perfect for my needs, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The guy who checked us in was especially welcoming, and Betty at checkout was courteous as well. I accidentally left a sentimental item in my room, and when I called back, Betty assured me she would keep it safe for me. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with a super soft bed. I was very pleased with the accommodations and the helpfulness of the staff.
